Learn more about us at: <a href="https://lloydconstructioninc.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://lloydconstructioninc.com/</a>&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee project execution, planning, and monitoring.</li><li>Assist in project planning to ensure precision in budget, communication, plan, scope, schedule, and organizational structure.</li><li>Manage Material Take-off (MTO) and Procurement.</li><li>Coordinate in-house labor and trade partners to meet schedule and budget commitments.</li><li>Regularly inform clients about the project status and manage their expectations.</li><li>Attend and participate in client meetings during all phases of the project.</li><li>Address client questions or concerns promptly, ensuring respectful communication among all parties.</li><li>Verify all Punch List items before client sign-off.</li><li>Uphold a positive work environment and company culture.</li><li>Provide coaching, mentorship, and collaboration in setting project goals.</li><li>Communicate efficiently with the Project Manager for Change Orders and RFIs.</li><li>Conduct weekly Toolbox and Team Meetings.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in project management and construction operations (+3 years).</li><li>Must know Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word</li><li>Proficient use of construction management software, UDA Construction Online.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Commitment to ongoing professional development.</li><li>Adherence to company policies and procedures.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Starting salary at $85,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Professional development opportunities.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Positive work environment and company culture.</li></ul>
